- For use over traditional chalk gesso ground.
- Bole needs to be applied with rabbit skin glue solution.
- Yellow Bole is used under yellow gold in order to enhance the color of the gold.
- When burnished, the rich creamy bole gives the gold leaf a lustrous shine.
